Overview

The 10GE card is used in large-capacity systems such as the FonsWeaver 780B to provide 10GE Ethernet transparent transmission and supports transmitting large-capacity Ethernet services.

Provides the standard 10GE LAN / WAN optical interface.
Provides 10G backplane bandwidth, supports 10G transparent transmission, and enables transmission of Ethernet services in large traffic. u Transmits MAC and EOS / MAP transparently.
Provides multi-path protection using the LCAS self-healing.
Supports the VC-4 (AU-4) virtual concatenation u Supports the GFP / HDLC encapsulation.
Supports the LCAS / NONLCAS function.
Supports processing of the 10 kbyte-long Jumbo frames. u Supports GFP encapsulated FCS check.
Supports broadcast storm suppression.
Supports flow control.
Supports the equipment loopback and line loopback tests.
